I finally watched "Sweet Rain." The movie is about this grim reaper(Takeshi Kaneshiro) and a series jobs that he has to preform in which he decides whether a person lives or dies. First of all I'm a big fan of grim reapers in general, second Takeshi Kaneshiro is the lead, what could go wrong with those two. I think it is the first time I see him playing a roll that it is not lovesick or super serious either. Even though it is raining throughput the movie and the subject matter is life vs. death the movie shows a fresh and humorous approach to the death business.
agree. just watched the movie, as well. it is a dark comedy. with a refreshing ending. it is not always we see death appreciating life and its chances. and yes, takeshi is worth the watch.
